Despite starting their communication by saying they “didn’t want to make things difficult,” that is exactly what Honey Dew did at every turn. Instead of making the process smooth or helpful, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.
I have been a registered nurse for 20 years and have dealt with plenty of poorly run medical offices—but this company takes the cake. The lack of professionalism and genuine patient care is shocking. Thankfully, this only affected me and not an actual patient under my care.
It’s clear this company is more focused on making a dollar than helping people. I will be finding a new dermatologist who actually prioritizes patient care, and I will be sharing my experience with anyone who asks.
