I cancelled cos i hardly use it and only used it just to to get money's worth before the cancellation date. Got the email and did the survey to complete the cancellation. Just got an notification from my CC that it was renewed. I went back to the email and redid the cancellation survey and this time sent them screenshot with cancellation confirmation. Let see if it's cancelled after next cycle....
I had an unauthorized charge for the transaction that I am not aware of as my card got stolen and these agents kept on sending me templated responses without acknowledging the issue. I’ve received same responses from multiple agents. It’s honestly disappointing — I asked them to get the issue escalated and still sending me templated responses. I hope you should know better.
This app got me hooked. From exciting dramas. To actions to horror. This Manga/episodic reading app has everything. Im addicted to this. Would recommend if you like anime/Manga this is the perfect app
I would rate this a 0 if possible due to the unhelpfulness of the customer service representatives. I haven't utilized the service since October, and it was meant to be canceled. It's unacceptable to have to wait for an email to cancel something that I'm not using. I would NEVER consider using this again or suggest it to anyone!
I'm really enjoying this app; the stories are fantastic! I've even come across a few short animations within some stories, which has me quite thrilled! The artists are exceptional, and the animations were executed beautifully. I'm eager to see how this platform evolves in the future!
