I had an unauthorized charge for the transaction that I am not aware of as my card got stolen and these agents kept on sending me templated responses without acknowledging the issue. I’ve received same responses from multiple agents. It’s honestly disappointing — I asked them to get the issue escalated and still sending me templated responses. I hope you should know better.
