SCAM! I understand the T&C, I cancelled my subscription ahead of time because I no longer use it, just like they stated, which I did ahead of time!!! I would not let my card be charged of a service I no longer use. So I followed the steps on how to cancel, AHEAD of the supposed renewal early February. So since I cancelled, why would I visit the site only to be charged now and there was no way to remove card information too, the amount charged was no joke too. And to be fair we have the right to receive notifications as consumers being charged that it was towards the end of our subscription and will be charged for the renewal. This should be in writing since they do not have an app. Again I cancelled! And was received acknowledgement email. Now they’re saying I was charged because I did not complete the cancellation on the website. Which I did! I know I clicked unsubscribe and that was why I was confidend no further charges shall be made. I even emailed a few minutes from being charged! they said I cannot get a refund! Could have offered a partial refund but NO!!!! they said it cannot be refunded!! What kind of scam is this. The only thing they did is assured me that it is now completely cancelled and will not be charged moving forward! How can I tell when it does not reflect on the website! I cannot remove card information. This is fraud! Take off my card information! I need receipts and proof
