Absolutely useless smart thermostat. I would give zero stars if possible. It cannot cope of the WiFi drops and has been down now for several days with the support team no use at all. They do not know what they are doing and do not call back when they say they will. Finally yesterday they admitted the connection to WiFi is a known problem with the tr6, but they do not care enough to fix it. They make it impossible to complain or talk to someone who knows what they are doing. Terrible service, terrible products.
