Customer service is basically nonexistent. I emailed every address they listed — even the one they gave out in replies — and got nothing back. The only thing they managed to do was subscribe me to their marketing emails. If they can add me to a mailing list, they can answer a support request. Terrible experience. I reached out to the help01 email but no response.
