After ordering the X7 vacuum, I discovered that the P7 Pro was available also. I emailed Honiture to see if they would upgrade my order to the P7 Pro before they sent out my order, and they promptly responded & said they could. I’m very excited to receive the P7 Pro vacuum. Also, I appreciate the Great Customer Service.

First of all, this is my second purchase of this cordless vacuum. I like mine so well that I'm buying this one for my Granddaughter who is buying her first house. When I didn't quite get my order accomplished correctly not ordering the accessory I intended and concern of whether I received the extra savings, I reached out to the company. They responded promptly and assured me that I had received the extra savings along with providing me with a free gift.
Decided to replace my battery from the actual supplier I stead of finding an aftermarket replacement.. Big mistake! I have never had such horrible service from a business. The order was replaced December 4th to the 24th, tracking showed only that it was waiting arrangements, I requested a refund but was denied with the reasoning that it was already shipped, I waited another week, still not shipped. I requested an update and refund, was told they're "keeping a close eye on it." but cannot refund. waited another week, January 6th and still no update and they've stopped responding. For the price of their replacement batteries, just by a whole new unit.. From a different brand!
Very unhappy with the Honiture X 7 that I purchased in July 2025. In 4 months I have contacted customer service who have been absolutely no help with the problem regarding run times. I now find myself with a further problem of the bottom part of the vacuum not spinning, causing the suction to not work properly. Avoid this company they don't respond to issues
Do NOT buy - £289 is not budget and after four excellent uses and empties, I went to empty the cartridge of the debris and could not reattach so couldn’t use it anymore. . No customer service, no ability address or phone number to return it to. Appalling will never purchase this brand again.
The vacuum works great. My wife accidentally threw out the hepa filter retainer with the hepa filter. I have been trying to get a replacement for almost 3 months. Customer service responded at first, but now I can not get a hold of anybody. The V8 PRO robot vacuum is useless without this part.
