Absolutely the best customer service I've had from any company for anything ever.--Honsvr were the first out of the blocks with the PSVR2 lenses, so the odd teething trouble is to be expected.Their lenses from day 1 have been top notch, the holder I've had the odd issue with.For me, the mark of a good company doesn't have to be about a trouble-free purchase, it's how they deal with issues when they come up and HonsVR have gone that extra mile every time.Absolutely the gold standard in lens and customer service - very happy customer here who would recommend to anyone.
