I just placed an order totaling over $100 for gifts for niece. She is always about sending the right message out into the world and, as a teacher, I believe in giving back and supporting others. I felt great about supporting this company, until I tried to follow the link to track my order and continued to receive an error message that the site is not available! Having been scammed in the past, this frightened me terribly and I immediately checked my bank, firs t, and then came right here to check the site. I am very concerned about the company I just trusted and invested in and worry about the product I will receive, if I in fact receive it. It saddens me that, yet another company, appears to be untrustworthy and uses the heartstrings of kind people for their own benefit. I hope that I receive my products and that you have taken the time to make improvements based on the feedbacks you have received about the quality and timing of delivery. However, already not being able to track my order, it looks like my order, too, is off to a failed start.
