I waited over 2 weeks for the delivery of my hoodie and ball cap. Needless to say I am beyond disappointed in the hoodie, it is by far the cheapest material I have ever had! It is already in the garbage. I rarely order on line, but I am a huge advocate for mental health. Beyond beyond disappointed!! And I did not receive the ball cap!
I just placed an order totaling over $100 for gifts for niece. She is always about sending the right message out into the world and, as a teacher, I believe in giving back and supporting others. I felt great about supporting this company, until I tried to follow the link to track my order and continued to receive an error message that the site is not available! Having been scammed in the past, this frightened me terribly and I immediately checked my bank, firs t, and then came right here to check the site. I am very concerned about the company I just trusted and invested in and worry about the product I will receive, if I in fact receive it. It saddens me that, yet another company, appears to be untrustworthy and uses the heartstrings of kind people for their own benefit. I hope that I receive my products and that you have taken the time to make improvements based on the feedbacks you have received about the quality and timing of delivery. However, already not being able to track my order, it looks like my order, too, is off to a failed start.
I just got my pink smiling crossbody bag today. I can't recall exactly when I placed the order, but the wait wasn't too long—around 3 weeks. It didn't bother me, as it was a treat for myself. The bag is well-made and spacious enough for my essentials. I'm certain it will bring smiles to those around me, and I can't help but smile every time I see it! 😊😍🥰😁
I ordered three crossbody bags in various colors, and they are simply charming! Additionally, I got two jumpers that are incredibly soft and warm. As a bonus, I received a 'you make me smile' tote bag and a cap with my order, which I absolutely adore. The shipping took a bit longer than expected, likely due to the holiday season, but the customer support was exceptional, so it didn’t bother me much. I'm looking at some accessories next and hope they’re as high quality as my previous purchases. Plus, it's all for a great cause!
There is no assurance that your contributions will reach the intended recipients. The organization lacks accreditation, and despite my extensive background in Mental Health leadership, I had never encountered them or their beneficiaries. They were unwilling to share pertinent information when I inquired.
I'm really enjoying my two hoodies; I haven't worn anything else since I got them. The delivery took a bit longer due to the holiday season, but the customer support was very kind and checked in about it. Everything went smoothly. I might consider buying again, especially for the lovely messages and the conversations they inspire. 🙏❤️
I feel really let down by my order. Having dealt with mental health challenges for much of my adult life, I wanted to support a cause with my purchase. However, when my hoodie arrived today, I was shocked to find it wasn't made of 'cotton' as expected, but rather 100% shiny polyester, resembling something from a fast fashion brand. Additionally, it's disheartening that there's no clarity on which charities benefit from my contribution.
The team is incredibly understanding and compassionate, truly recognizing my struggles. I hope to stay connected with you all, as you genuinely understand my situation. If the medication had been available back in 2001 as it is now, I believe my loved one would still be with us.
