Based on this objective data, the Hooga 300 consistently came out on top in my price category.The testing noted that the Hooga 300 is slightly louder than some competitors. I've experienced other retailers who don't do this. • I accidentally entered an incomplete shipping address. Tyler advised me to contact Canpar directly to amend it. While it was challenging to reach the shipper during holiday season (and while I was travelling internationally) the package arrived about a month later than expected. I truly didn’t mind the delay; some things are simply out of our control, and Hooga’s support throughout was reassuring (they advised that they will reship the product to me if it got returned to sender - which was my main worry).• One device arrived with a minor defect. Hooga responded quickly and offered solution options that made me feel completely taken care of!As a very somatically-sensitive individual, I’m deeply grateful for the quality and integrity of these devices.
