Ordered a fleece for a Christmas present on 15th December. Was aware that it may not arrive before Christmas, but was hopeful all the same.Tried to contact the company to get an update. No telephone number, chat bot not working and no reply to two emails sent. The total lack of communication is really disappointing. Once an order has been placed and payment has been taken a supplier has a responsibility to reply promptly to any queries and to keep a customer updated on the progress of their order.From what I can gather this is a very small company and the ethics would appear to be commendable, however they need to make significant improvements to their customer service.
