DO NOT ORDER!!!
Still waiting on my delivery after ordering 13 days ago, I have tried to reach out to them via Instagram and tik tok dms just being completely ignored. Whilst having time to make social media posts etc but no time to reassure clients of their orders. So quick to take the money off you but not so quick to ship the item out. Disgraceful!!!

Untrustworthy service with no support.

Untrustworthy service. I placed an order that never arrived. There’s no way to get in touch with them at all—no replies, no customer support. Meanwhile, they continue to promote themselves and accept new orders. This is very disappointing and alarming. I highly recommend avoiding any orders.

Order placed in October remains unfulfilled.

I placed my order in October and have yet to receive it. Despite social media posts and emails stating that all orders before December have been completed, the tracking only shows that a label has been created and nothing more. I've reached out via email and social media but have received no response. After spending £180, I attempted to initiate a return but got no answer. At this point, I feel I must accept the loss. I understand this is a startup run by one person, but without better organization and customer service, it feels like a scam.

No show on order

Ordered in Oct, still not received the order. Instagram posts and widespread email informs that all orders pre Dec are completed, but tracking shows only Royal Mail label has been generated and not processed any further. Have contacted on email and Insta. Spent £180, tried to request return but no answer. Feel at this point I need to accept my loss. I appreciate he is a start up operating on his own, but unfortunately this will not take off without better structure/ customer service because currently it’s a scam :(

Missed delivery for Christmas

I ordered 2 fleeces November 7th, today is December 24th and still no delivery, I really didn’t want to leave a bad review because it’s a one man operation etc but to be so complacent about customer services and leaving it to the last few days before Christmas to send goods is beyond a joke. If and when it arrives I don’t care how good the product is I will never be buying from this company again. Deleting messages from social media doesn't help either as it feels very scammy, the least you can do is to be courteous to your customers and respond to their queries.

Total Lack of Communication

Ordered a fleece for a Christmas present on 15th December. Was aware that it may not arrive before Christmas, but was hopeful all the same.Tried to contact the company to get an update. No telephone number, chat bot not working and no reply to two emails sent. The total lack of communication is really disappointing. Once an order has been placed and payment has been taken a supplier has a responsibility to reply promptly to any queries and to keep a customer updated on the progress of their order.From what I can gather this is a very small company and the ethics would appear to be commendable, however they need to make significant improvements to their customer service.

Order never arrived

Order never arrived. Yodel tracking incorrect. Contacted customer services twice and no response despite using the team assist function - no response via socials either. Had to raise a case with PayPal to get a refund! Disappointing experience. Won’t be using again

Even 1* is too many

My story is similar to the rest of us with regards to orders and receiving items, and I've sat back for a while watching this feedback, but I've had enough and I can't walk past this post, as well as others in the coincidental 5* "isn't Brad doing well" reviews as it has really triggered me. "Absolutely love my hoodies!" - well, lucky you actually getting your order!"They are top-tier — super comfy, stylish, and made to last" - others may disagree with you, see other posts here around the stitching."For someone running everything on his own, he’s still finding his feet" - no he's not, he's been running this brand for at least 3 years he says."but keeps pushing through the unfair negativity " - What???? Are you actually for real??? Don't know where to start with this - taking money and not delivering? And not just once but many many times.Deleting perfectly reasonable posts that are in any way negative ... goading customers on social media with how well he's doing ... to say it's unfair is delusional."and doing better every time. You can tell Brad genuinely cares about the people who support him " - good luck trying to convince the many people on here that he cares "and always tries to give back with deals, as well as keeping us informed on livestreams" - not even going to bother wasting my time with this nonsense comment."Definitely a small brand worth supporting!!" - only worth supporting if you luck out, like you strangely seem to have, but not worth it for the rest of us who have handed over money and got nothing back.The most pathetic thing here is that this guy has clearly asked his fan boys/girls to give him some positive feedback as his rating here is understandably abysmal. And unlike social media, he can't delete these comments. Meantime, the rest of us know the reality. I would encourage everyone that's not already done it to report him to Devon Trading Standards as it's not right that he's ripping so many of us off.

WARNING do not buy.

WARNING! Do not buy anything from this company, they don't dispatch anything to you but take your money, don't respond to any emails or messages. They're happy to post on instagram a few times a day though saying how great they are, absolute joke. Oh and they turn / delete comments of you do make a negative comment on their social media page. Hopefully there are legal implications for this company, can't just be taking people's money and deliver nothing... frustrating.
