I paid Hook Point, LLC $10,500 for a program I never commenced services (no kickoff call, no intake completed, no strategy work, no deliverables, NOTHING). I sent a certified cancellation/refund demand letter (delivered 11/22/2025) to leadership led by Brendan J. Kane, documenting Step One never occurred.
I disputed the charges with my credit card, and the dispute was closed with Chase after they went to arbitration with the bank for Hook Point, in my favor, and my account was credited for the full amount (two transactions of $5,250 each), totaling $10,500, in December 2025.
Then in January 2026, Hook Point hired a collections agency to pursue the SAME amount with aggressive calls and emails. Attempting to collect after a completed reversal for non-delivery is unacceptable. Now my credit is going to be destroyed for nothing. Hook Point scammed me. Use extreme caution.
