They listen to feedback and are honest when they don't know something. Have gotten millions of views because of them. HIGHLY recommend.
I paid Hook Point, LLC $10,500 for a program I never commenced services (no kickoff call, no intake completed, no strategy work, no deliverables, NOTHING). I sent a certified cancellation/refund demand letter (delivered 11/22/2025) to leadership led by Brendan J. Kane, documenting Step One never occurred.
I disputed the charges with my credit card, and the dispute was closed with Chase after they went to arbitration with the bank for Hook Point, in my favor, and my account was credited for the full amount (two transactions of $5,250 each), totaling $10,500, in December 2025.
Then in January 2026, Hook Point hired a collections agency to pursue the SAME amount with aggressive calls and emails. Attempting to collect after a completed reversal for non-delivery is unacceptable. Now my credit is going to be destroyed for nothing. Hook Point scammed me. Use extreme caution.
The company has significantly improved our understanding of how to increase reach and engagement with niche topics. The weekly support calls have proven to be extremely beneficial, enabling the team to present work in real-time and get immediate feedback on effective hooks during both the strategy and creation stages. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

It was all hype. After paying a huge amount of money, all I got were spreadsheets and recycled videos.No real support. No real value. The concept was good, but you are left trying to figure it all out by yourself. I'm mad at myself for being talked into this program.It was discouraging, and honestly, I wish I had spent my hard-earned money on anything else.AFTER HOOK POINT RESPONSE: My response: It was anything but organized for me. It was so chaotic, confusing, and demoralizing. One pre-recorded video after the next left me questioning what I was even watching and how to actually proceed. I'm not saying you haven't helped certain businesses; I'm saying the hype was truly a letdown after paying a large sum of money. I expected so much more guidance, but instead, it left me very discouraged as I stared at spreadsheets. So disappointing to spend so much money.
I started by reading Brendan's book "The Hook Point" (which I HIGHLY recommend if you haven't read already). It was amazing and fundametnally changed my views on how to create hooks that stick people's attention. Everything else that Brendan and his team do is gold! Highly recommend if you're considering!!
