Avoid at all costs. Just check reviews on googles. Not a single positive one in last two years. I called their office as requested by my mine insurer for estimate so they can compere with a quote from my local garage. Women answered the phone, what sounded like she is having a sandwich in a kitchen with no customer service politeness whatsoever. 2 days later guy came in took a photos without even letting me know of his arrival. Quote was 2k less then my original one 4.5k so I took to another garage to see if they can do for this amount and they just laughed. I told my insurer that there is no way that I am taking my car to their depot based in Liverpool! I am like if this car will be returned with same chassis:) theybare clearly employed by insurance company to pay as little as possible. Don't believe just check their reviews
