Mobility car catalytic convertor was stolen on 21/11/22. Car has been with dealership for work to be carried out since 22/11/22. Hoopers have not been to assess and authorise the work till today 9/12/2022. They are booked and busy. Dealership cannot start this job. An amputee is depressed without going out. I have told RSA why have they given my car business to such an inefficient company. There must be other companies who can do the job quicker. Appalling company should not given contract by RSA mobility and motability business
