This company has failed to sort out a claim for repairing my car in over 6 months. Full marks for incompetence, zero marks for communication skills, zero marks for professionalism, zero marks for timely handling of a claim and zero marks for knowledge and expertise with regard to my particular vehicle. It has wasted many thousands of pounds of its client's funds paying for a replacement hire vehicle for over six months to date. It is a travesty that this (dis) organisation still bears the illustrious name of a once great coach builder (including for my make of car). The current incarnation couldn't sell coach tickets, let's alone build coachwork. Its name should be changed from Hoopers to Hopeless, which would not infringe any trade description, nor leads to claims of inaccuracy of its reviews
