I have placed an order of two bed linen sets at HOOSA in September 2024 (!!!), and one of them has still not been delivered, with numerous emails asking about updates. The first months, customer service was very responsive, yet since March 2025 I have not heard back. This feels so unfair... Hope this helps others!Update August 2025: After I posted my first TrustPilot review, I finally received a response offering to refund the remaining amount (173,87 EUR) or to select another set of bedlinen from their website. Evidently, I chose the first option. Now, two months and three reminders later, I still haven't received my money back and haven't heard anything from them. I assume legal action is what they need to simply do what is right for their customers.
