Warning!! The companies I write about below are Hoosa GmbH and Atelier VON SCHÜTZ and directly charged money from my bank card when ordering! But they do not deliver anything within the specified times and do not refund most of the money (€134)!! And now it has been over five months since the order!This is about bank card fraud by two similar companies in cooperation, but mainly Hoosa GmbH who has a webshop.I ordered a pillowcase and a bed sheet from the company Atelier VON SCHÜTZ who also has a webshop, at the beginning of October 2025 and the delivery time was stated as 3-4 weeks.At the end of October I received the message by e-mail that the products are in production and it said specifically that "Your order **** is now in production".Two months after the order and in early December 2025, and five weeks after the last contact, I wrote to Atelier VON SCHÜTZ and asked how the delivery is going and they reply that there is a shortage of workers, but that they expect the package to be sent to me in mid-January 2026.I am now given the option of getting a full refund, but I asked just for a refund of the shipping cost of €15 (which I get) and choose to continue waiting.At the beginning of February 2026, four months after the order was placed, I got tired of waiting and contacted Atelier VON SCHÜTZ and wrote that I wanted to cancel the order and get back the rest of the money I paid, which is €134. Atelier VON SCHÜTZ wrote that they should report to Hoosa that I had made a cancellation, because Hoosa is allegedly the previous partner with whom they had collaborated (but allegedly not since November 1, 2025). I wrote several e-mails to Atelier VON SCHÜTZ and they wrote that they had reported to Hoosa what I had written to them and that they had also notified Hoosa themselves, but nothing happened and there was never any response.I have received an e-mail address for Hoosa from Atelier VON SCHÜTZ and also another one I found, but I get error messages several times, that it is not possible to send e-mails to these addresses. There is a contact form on Hoosa's website and I have sent several messages this way, but without receiving a response.Atelier VON SCHÜTZ continues to blame Hoosa, but I claim that it is their business to make a refund, but they still continue to put the responsibility on Hoosa, because it is alleged that my card payment went through them in October 2025.But if you look at the two transactions made through my bank, it says "Atelier VON SCHÜTZ", but still they say that it is Hoosa that needs to make a refund and that there is nothing more you can do, other than continue to contact Hoosa.Now another 5 weeks have passed since I made the cancellation and I have not received all money back, that is €134! I have placed an order of two bed linen sets at HOOSA in September 2024 (!!!), and one of them has still not been delivered, with numerous emails asking about updates. The first months, customer service was very responsive, yet since March 2025 I have not heard back. This feels so unfair... Hope this helps others!Update August 2025: After I posted my first TrustPilot review, I finally received a response offering to refund the remaining amount (173,87 EUR) or to select another set of bedlinen from their website. Evidently, I chose the first option. Now, two months and three reminders later, I still haven't received my money back and haven't heard anything from them. I assume legal action is what they need to simply do what is right for their customers.
It took them 6 months (and a lawyer on my side) to refund my money after Hoosa (!) cancelled my order. At that point I was already waiting for my order to arrive that I placed several months before, even though they originally claimed it would be shipped in 6 weeks. Obviously Hoosa also did not bother to inform me about any delays or do anything. To me it seems that this whole company is a scam or I don't know how they can still be solvent, as nothing seems to be working at this company. I suggest that J.K., the manager of Hoosa, (the name can be found on the website's imprint or the Handelsregister), find a new job as she is clearly unfit to run a company.
After experiencing a quality issue with an item, I have in various ways tried to get the company to react. After several forth and back exchanges (e.g. if you pull the steel bars on the shelf it will straighten and similar), the company has agreed to take the item back and refund the cost. They have received the item on April 4th (tracked delivery) and ever since then have been refusing to reimburse the cost or answer emails/calls. To anyone reading this review, please be incredibly aware that this might be a dubious seller with unethical business practices. Be careful! If anyone from the company is reading this - shame on you!!!
I ordered the Amelia RTV Lowboard last year on 16/12. The production process was very slow, where the furniture was only ready for delivery in April (much longer than the promised delivery time of 10 weeks.(To be fair, I delayed the delivery myself by 2 weeks due to availability, but this does not compare to a 4 months production process, even given Corona delays.)When the Lowboard finally arrived, it was broken. Upon complaining to HOOSA, they agreed (after 2 weeks of investigating) to pick it up from my home and repair it by using another (local) company. This was a reasonable solution, given the the Lowboard may well have been broken by the delivery company.The promise to collect the Lowboard was made 6 weeks ago, and I'm still waiting for something to happen.Many of my messages to HOOSA are being ignored and I need to repeatedly email in order to get any sort of response.To summarise:- I ordered the furniture 6 months ago.- It arrive only recently (late by at least 2 months) in a broken state- HOOSA promised to pick it up from my home and repair it, but this has not yet happened. I've been living with a huge broken piece of furniture in my house for the past 6 weeks waiting for any sort of progressIn other words: very bad customer experience around an expensive piece of furniture, and no end in sight...

Ich habe die Hoosa.de eingeschrieben. Sie haben gebeten das Bettlaken genau nachzumessen und Bilder als Nachweis zu schicken, was ich auch getan habe. Nach 2 Wochen! kommt die Antwort: "leider können wir Ihr Anliegen nicht als Reklamation annehmen. Eventuelle Maßtoleranzen sind im Bereich der Textilien Standard, sollten jedoch nicht +/- 5% nicht übersteigen."Hat hoosa.de sich einfach verrechnet oder hat eigene Regeln für die Prozentrechnung?? Ich bestelle dort nicht mehr! Rate dasselbe allen evtl. They asked to measure the sheet and to send pictures as evidence, what I did. After 2 weeks! the answer: "Unfortunately, we cannot accept your request as a complaint. Any dimensional tolerances are standard in the field of textiles, but should not exceed +/- 5%."Problems with percentage calculation or do they have their own rules for that?I don't order there anymore! Advise the same to all possible customers of hoosa.de !!
