I purchased a vacuum two months ago and it has stopped working. Customer support is nonexistent. They don’t answer phone calls, and when I tried live chat, the adviser was quite rude and overly detailed when I couldn’t identify all the parts (even though my description was clear). I was then instructed to email their support team. I had to go through the same troubleshooting process again, with each response taking 24 hours, which is frustrating. Now, three days later, I’m being transferred to another department that supposedly will reply within two business days! Almost a week since I first reached out, and I’m no closer to a solution! I expected better from what I thought was a reputable brand, but clearly, that’s not the case! The customer service is absolutely terrible.
