for a vital domestic appliance like a washing machine there should be no deviation on delivery date when you are being charged for the service. Very disappointing that the agreed date has been changed. Not happy at all. Useless service. Ordered on 14/11/25, agreed to delivery 20/11/25 now cannot comply and will be 25/11/25. Where's the compensation/recompense for inconvenience and external laundry costs.... not good
