As the title of this review states, don'e be fooled by the 4.2 rating, as those positive reviews/ratings are clearly from people who have not yet experienced an issue with their purchase/product because thats where theyre trouble will begin!I am in total agreement with the majority of the 1 star reviews, in regard to this being the worse customer service ive had the misfortune to deal with!!! The only direct phone number gets you a department that is of no help, and they advise you to contact a different department, which can only be done by email only, which is convenient, as it enables them to do well nothing, unless you write, write and write again.I have to admit that after 2 months, i have received my refund but believe me, there have been times where i felt like giving up, with what was the most difficult of processes, which i think is their aim.I will never buy another Hoover or candy product, as both products and the customer service are sub standard.
