Terrible service oven smashed in and hob faulty took nearly 15 days to get them to take damaged goods back and even when they did was told would be another 5 days for refund and we dont compensate for expenses occured by user so no compensation for me having to pay for an electrician to install a damaged hob which like the oven had obviosly been dropped and 20 days to get my money back and i will never order from hoover direct again phoned this company several times on the number they provided to be told we dont deal with customers on the phone for damaged goods so back to email it was by far worse service ive ever had
