I have yet to receive my parcel after waiting for more than a week so I cannot rate the product but I can rate the customer service which is AWFUL to say the least. There was a minor mistake in the delivery address and the incompetent courier being used by Hoover, which is DPD, cannot give me a call or allow me to change the address. Despite sending several emails to Hoover (they have no phone line or chat) they don't seem to understand what is going on or be able to communicate with the courier to give them correct instructions. Basically if you make a mistake in the delivery address with Hoover you will never receive your item. I will now see if I can get a refund from these incompetents or escalate the issue.
