Purchased a dryer directly from Hoover. It broke down after 2 months. Hoover sent an engineer to fix it. After a few uses it broke down again so I asked for a refund. Hoover told me they only cover repairs/replacements so contact retailer. Explained to them several times that they are the retailer. Hoover refuse to give full or partial refund and expect customers to put up with the inconvenience of an unreliable appliance and multiple engineer visits. I will never purchase a Hoover product again.
