I bought this insurance a few days ago for my in-laws arriving from India. Before buying insurance I did research and found that buying comprehensive insurance would be a safer bet in case visitors face major health crisis. I was also advised by my friends to buy Hop (formerly INF Elite plan) based on his past good experience. What I liked about HOP/INF was that their site was easy to compare different plans and make choice. Upon calling customer service, representative clearly explained best choices for my needs without trying to up-sale or cross-sale any products. With few easy to provide information, I was done with enrollment and their insurance information was already sent to me through email.I am rating this 4/5 stars for customer service and simplicity of site to enroll and compare products. Since I have not come to take benefit of the insurance (fortunately) yet, I can't yet say what will be experience if I have to make claim within in-network hospitals.
