STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COST !!!

They are charged me twice for the same ticket, after raising that anomaly to them they have informed me that the refund will be issued in few hours and that I will get the money back in 3-5 days MAXIMUM! When I called the next day to get an update they told me the refund hasn't even been initiated. And once it will be initiated its going to take 1-2 business weeks to reflect on my bank account. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!PS: I haven't even been able to save money on my ticket compared to if I would have booked with the airline directly.
