I mistakenly booked a flight for the wrong date because I kept returning to the site due to payment issues, and I didn't notice until I ended up paying twice. When I tried to get a refund within 24 hours, it was impossible! They are based overseas, and there are no good contact numbers. The representatives were unhelpful and insisted that the charges were non-refundable. I was charged twice—AVOID THIS SERVICE!
