This website is terrible; look elsewhere to avoid losing your money. I mistakenly booked a flight for the wrong date because I kept returning to the site due to payment issues, and I didn't notice until I ended up paying twice. When I tried to get a refund within 24 hours, it was impossible! They are based overseas, and there are no good contact numbers. The representatives were unhelpful and insisted that the charges were non-refundable. I was charged twice—AVOID THIS SERVICE!

If you have any sense, you won't book with this service. My flight should have cost £486, but they took nearly £1200 from my account. Now they tell me that to get a refund, I need to have £600 in my account. I am disabled, and they won't get away with this!
