My bike is dripping in hope parts. The quality is second to none in my experience, and I'm confident in the aftersales support. I once had to return a R4+ light due to an internal fault. I posted it back to Hope. I received an email to confirm they received it, I then got another email explaining they had found the fault (the day after receiving the light unit). They explained how they would fix it, and the following day it was returned good as new. Literally couldn't have been handled any better.
