Poorest quality, false description. Been buying their bulk wild bird seed and other animal feed since 2018. Quality of bird food noticably getting poorer but last batch (2x15kg) contained mainly grain, some black sunflower seeds and a scattering of suet pellets. Site description and bags list specifically 4 types of seeds plus "some others" and more ingredients. Contacted them asking for at least partial refund - TWICE - NO RESPONSE. Normally mix theirs with better quality seed mix and sunflower hearts (bought elsewhere) in feeders. This lot fit for wood pigeons only. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, will be reporting them to PayPal.To update, reported them to PayPal within their time-frame. Had difficulties submitting correspondence (we need to recontact seller). Tried on 2 different phones. Reported this to PayPal. Eventually received notification that correspondence had been time lapsed, despite their never replying to my last "chat" notice to them re-reporting problem. So much for PayPal.
