Hopewellsfeeds are exceptional. Their parrot food is top quality very reasonable and free next day delivery. I placed my order at 07.55 on Monday and it arrived at 1pm on Tuesday. It arrived very well packaged. I will never shop anywhere else. Thanks to everyone at Hopewells for your superb service.
I should have read the reviews prior to ordering from this company.Scandalous phoned me to say they had cancelled my order as they had made a mistake on their Amazon site.No remorse or standing by their error Not surprised that they are scoring poor.@ read distance selling act and sales of goods act
Bought a 15lb bag of this food for my pet dog ..she did enjoy the food …but by day 3her underbelly ears and feet has turned dark pink ..she was nibbling and chewing away at her skin ..had to go vet for steroids to bring inflammation down ..
What a turnaround. I wrote a terrible review for this company 4 years ago. I only purchased from them this time not realising it was Hopewells. But, what a change! Good price; fast delivery; excellent product. Keep that up and I will keep coming back. Well done
I had been buying dog food via Ebay . I noted that thet the company advertised that one could buy it direct .Myself and a friend tried to buy via their site . What a fiasco . The booking on page completed and advanced to the payment section . My internet protection did not like them at all . I continued , all details of my credit cars appended and then refused . I phoned them ,I might not be into rocket science but , I suspect , a young man answering my enquiry was on another planet .. On Ebay it was £24.99 on their site £19.99 , both inclusive of postage . I gave my credit card details to him to place my order , 'that will be £48.98 '. Lets start again , absolute waist of time . Their site I was told was being updated and contained old prices , so why are you currently openly advertising them at an incorrect price. Talk amongst yourselves whilst that was being worked out . No purchase made and none since .Prior to this I did receive a bag of dog food which had sticky tape mending the broken sack . After complaining I refused an offer of 5% off and accepted 10%.

Also explains why it turned up clumped together like muesli covered in golden syrup. AND DON'T GET ME STARTED ON THEIR ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Want to complain and get your money back - no problem, IF you pay up to half the price of the purchase to send it back. You expect me to waste even more money, you knuckle-dragging morons?! "Uber Premium" In your dreams, numpties! SAVE THE TIME, HEARTACHE & YOUR DOGS' HEALTH: SWERVE THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.Ordered 25 kg peanuts said to be”super premium pale skinned whole jumbo nuts” They were nothing of the kind at all. Small, slightly shrivelled,dark skinned with a proportion of halves .Very poor.The next day delivery took two days.Emailed to complain ten days ago with no response.
I've been buying sunflower hearts from Hopewells for over a year via ebay. I use 20kg about every 3 weeks and the quality has always been good, the delivery very prompt. Communication is excellent and even though ebay offered 20kg from an alternative supplier for a pound cheaper last time I needed to order I stayed with Hopewells confident of excellent service.
I tried to order some bird seed from the LoveYourPet website today, it let me enter my order, setup an account and entre my credit card details. I received an email confirming that my account had been established, but the site would not accept my credit card details and displayed a message stateing "The vendors account is closed". I then rang them on the number listed on the website and was told that the website has not been functioning for the past year and that they have no access to the information I entered. BEWARE
