My worst ever experience on E-bay. Ordered birdseed from them which should have been delivered by March 31st. On April 1st I e-mailed them for an update. With no reply by April 8th I checked again and found they had cancelled on the 6th without telling me and giving me a refund. I have contacted E-bay to get the refund but may have to wait until the 17th before I get it. Clearly a company that cares little about its customers and one to avoid.
