Our driver wasn’t there on arrival and we waited around 1 hour called all the telephone numbers provided without success so had to get another taxi which cost €110 then on the way our driver got in touch saying he was there waiting but obviously was late .
When contacting hoppa they say driver has provided sufficient evidence that he was there ? And are ignoring my attempts to resume this

Our negative reviews get logged and investigated and our SLA is Maximum 14 days to resolution as hoppa requires feedback from the local supplier you booked with.
