Didn`t receive email confirmation of the booking, had to book as guest as I couldn`t log in, managed to log in today but nowhere to add the booking! Feels like theres issue with the website and app? Quite frustrating.
The customer service experience was utterly frustrating. We had booked and paid for an upgraded refund option, but due to a flight delay, we missed our transfer. Despite the driver being present, we are ineligible for a refund. It raises the question of the purpose of paying extra for protection if it offers no real security. An airport transfer service should have measures to safeguard customers against delays. I strongly advise against using this service.
Under no circumstances should you choose this service. They completely disregard customer safety and are willing to jeopardize children's lives. We arranged an airport transfer in a major city and were shocked to learn that our 18-month-old would have to sit on our laps for an hour-long taxi ride because they couldn't provide a suitable car seat. When we made the booking months in advance, we specifically requested a car seat, yet they informed us only 12 hours before the pickup that they couldn't supply one. They then falsely claimed we canceled the taxi, despite not offering a safe transport option for everyone. They refused to issue a refund, insisting we needed to give 24 hours' notice. Allowing an 18-month-old to travel on a lap for an hour is utterly unacceptable.
The website has undergone a noteworthy upgrade, making it much simpler to enter your pick-up and drop-off locations, which is particularly advantageous for tourists. This represents a remarkable enhancement compared to the earlier version.
I typically book with this service, and it's usually quite smooth. However, this time it turned into a frustrating experience. I didn't receive verification codes for over two hours, and by then they were expired or just never arrived. After numerous emails to different support teams, the issue was resolved, and I finally managed to book my ride after four days of trying.
