Negative Experience with Customer Support

I would give negative points if possible. I booked a flight and opted for the additional cancellation security due to my mother's hospitalization. When I tried to change or cancel my round trip, I was told it wasn't possible without a specific cancellation date that I was never informed of. The additional package didn’t mention any limits. I explained my situation, but they showed no concern. This led to a significant loss during a difficult time, and they wouldn’t offer me any credit. I will never use this service again.
