Poor Service and Communication

This service is terrible, with support rated at 0/10. I booked a flight for my brother that was canceled, and they assured me I would receive credits. However, when I booked another flight, they claimed the credits were only for my brother and refused to refund my new booking. The lack of communication and clarity was frustrating. I was even told to refer to the FAQs, which was unnecessary since I had already used my credits. Now, I feel cheated out of my money and unable to fly.
