Beware of price freeze! They send you notifications as tho your freeze is active, and yet when I went to book my flight was “sold out”?! Even tho it most definitely was not. I called support who basically told me the freeze is actually on a ticket provided by a 3rd party. Those tickets run out. However hopper does not notify you that this is the case or that the tickets are running low. I’m lucky I even checked. Support essentially told me to go fms To be crystal clear- my freeze was not expired. Hopper allows your frozen ticket options to sell out without notifying you whatsoever that this is the case and your freeze is essentially useless.
