Booked transfers from Airport to Hotel, our flight was delayed so we called immediately to inform them of this. They said as we were within 5 hours of the pick up the booking could not be amended and we would not get a refund.Incredibly unhelpful customer service and such poor policy that means we are out of pocket £100 and now have no transportEDIT: I am unable to contact you on these numbers.
