I had a terrible experience with Hopper. I booked a hotel in Turkey through their app, but when I arrived the hotel told me there was no reservation under my name. Hopper never sent the booking to the hotel. I had to pay again out of my own pocket just to get a room. This is unacceptable – zero accountability. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Hopper. They ruined the start of my trip. If I could give zero stars, I would.
