I paid for the disruption service and when my flight was delayed they only offered rebookings with a minimum of 12 hours from the time of the incident. Tried multiple times to get a refund which they state they could do but the only thing they told me was the rebooking option was the only alternative. A huge waste of money. I'm never going to use hopper ever again. Not transparent at all and it took forever to connect with someone. When I did I was left on hold for 20+ minutes at a time being told 'they need to talk to their supervisor' after every single question.
