Dishonesty

Basically we received a confirmation of our booking toMiami. It clearly stated that breakfast was included with the price. When we arrived to the hotel, there was no note to say that breakfast was included. So we called customer service and they denied it was ever offered. The agent asked me for a screen shot of the email and confirmation and he agreed that it was an error on their part. He transferred me to the manager Shamadi and he was the rudest most arrogant manager for customer service I have ever spoken to. Even with the email , he denied that it was true. There was no help from his end nor any accommodation on his part. Never again !!! Frustrated and upset to say the least. Pay more and save yourself time … it’s not worth it.
