If you ever need to get a flight rebooked with their "travel credit..." You would probably have a better chance waiting outside for someone to drop a briefcase with $10,000 on your head. It has been a 2-week process (so far...), and nobody has helped in the slightest amount. I booked a flight, then cancelled it the same day, wanting to move the date a little earlier. They said that you can rebook a cancelled flight on their app, but it will not let me. I called them directly at least 6 times by now to help rebook it, and nothing happened. I've had to call every single airline I booked with myself, as Hopper cannot talk to them, I guess, even though I paid them quite a bit of money I'd say?? Every time I called the airlines themselves, they always say that HOPPER has to sort it out for me!!!!!!!!!! At this point I'll take a new ticket on literally day day, any time, but nobody can help me for some reason. Please, NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER use this AWFUL app.
