I placed an order on 5/12/2024. According to the tracking code, it is being delivered from China en was delivered at my door on 13/12/2024. However, I never received the package. I contacted neighbours, etc. Nothing was delivered. I have never heard of the carrier who supposedly delivered the package. I contacted Horiakadi several times and through different platforms, but haven't received a single response.
