Throughout the process Horizon Micromobility were very quick to respond to either emails or phone calls. I had ordered the Estarli E28x at a stage early in it's production further delayed by Estarli's participation in the BIrmingham motorshow. The team at Horizon kept me informed, contacting Estarli on a couple of occasions for me. There was then a slight hiccup (not of Horizon's making) in the delivery arrangements and Matt sorted this out for me very quickly. I'd add that the courier firm they used were actually extremely helpful as well and I'll be giving them a good review. It's a real pleasure these days to come across a company who respond to emails rapidly and answer a phone call just as rapidly with a human being doing the answering!Thanks Matt and the team, it's been a pleasure. PS. The bike is a fantastic ride and is dealing with a very stiff hill with levels to spare.
