They put me at ease by answering any questions I had & then the process of buying the ebike battery seamless. I was informed of each step of the delivery & it arrived 5 days after I had ordered .
No help or instructions on delivery. Even after asking for delivery i was not given option for delivery. I had to pay for uber to pick the item from 50km away. Communication was ineffective. All information needed was asked in separate emails instead of asking in one email. Not very helpful stuff. I was able to get the item somehow with paying extra and going through trouble.
We bought a Engwe LE 20 cargo bike from Horizon and wanted to say their sales and support team are fantastic. The bike was delivered within a couple of weeks (China origin) but was damaged (broken rear battery mount). Horizon customer service (Mat) lliased with Engwe and arranged pick up and delivery of a replacement bike. This time all was well and we are very pleased with our new bike.
