I bought my Heybike through the my work cycle scheme. The process was so easy and once I had my certificate I used the Horizon Mobility website to purchase my bike. It was really straightforward and the staff were incredibly helpful when I rang about the delivery. Delivery guy was great too. The bike came fully assembled which I highly recommend. It's my first e-bike and, living in hilly West Wales, it's a real gamechanger!
