I approached Horizon Micromobility to purchase a bike through Cycle2Work Halfords scheme. After several emails and communication exchange with the Customer Services, I got a quote for a bike and additional safety equipment (revised 4 times to get it right). I specifically asked the company whether the bike was available and they confirmed twice through email that the bike would be available early September and I should submit the quote to secure a bike as soon as they are in stock. I applied submitting the quote end of August, waived the waiting period, and once the order was confirmed by all parties, the Customer Service of Horizon Micromobility told me the bike is out of stock and will be available in November!!!! This is such an unprofessional retailer! I trusted them because of the high reviews but they totally don't worth it! They just lie to you to get your money!
