Once the order for my Heybike went in, it was all systems go and the bike was processed quickly and efficiently. There was a problem with the paintwork that Matt pointed out, but it was one I could live with especially as a shop voucher was added to my deal with him. On arriving back home I did find the brakes spongy, but determined to learn bike diy repairs, I turned to YTube and with its help and a £14 kit found online and 15mins tweaking I now have incredibly sharp brakes.
